The company has the task of building the extrusion lines, with direct responsibility for creating the machines that, thanks to years of technical-practical experience, could be developed based on more or less complex principles, according to predetermined technical procedures. Brabor, after extensive testing, is launching a special patented single auger screw configuration which, under very specific working conditions, is used to obtain very satisfactory extrusion results, starting from powder, granules or scraps, thus developing plants which require much lower economic investments. These extrusion lines can be used to produce any type of sections, full or hollow, and even with large dimensions, that are perfectly calibrated thanks to another patented system that utilises modern technology to control the calibration and the flatness of the designed form, whether it is linear, convex or shaped. The entire production system may be considered to be ecologically "clean", because it does not generate production or waste scraps, since everything is ground and re-introduced into the grinding process, and then re-used and mixed with the raw material.
